Ingredients
- 3 cups bottled apple cider
- 3/4 cup red dinner wine
- 2 Tbsp. strained lemon juice
- 1 pkg. (1 3/4oz.) powdered pectin
- 5 cups sugar
Directions
- Ina large kettle, combine apple cider, wine, lemon juice and pectin, and heat to boiling. Stir in sugar, bring to a boil again, and boil hard for 1 minute. Remove from heat, skim off any foam, and pour jelly at once into hot sterilized glasses. Cover with melted paraffin.
