Ingredients
- 6 oranges
- 1 quart cranberries
- 2 1/2 cups shredded pineapple
- 1 lb. raisins
- 1 lb. dried currants
- sugar
- 1 cup oiling water
- 1/2 lb. almonds, blanched
Directions
- Peel oranges and cut into pieces. Wash cranberries. Combine fruits and weigh. Add an equal weight of sugar.
- Add boiling water and weigh. Add an equal weight of sugar.
- Add boiling water and cook rapidly until thick. Add almonds, pour into clean hot glasses and seal.
