Ingredients
- 1 quart fresh blueberries
- 4 cups sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 bottle liquid pectin
Directions
- Remove any stems from berries, pick over, and rinse well.
- Mash berries one layer at a time with a large spoon or potato masher in a large pot.

Add sugar and mix thoroughly.
- Mix lemon juice and pectin together; add to berries. Place pan over high heat; bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly for 4-5 minutes.
- Pour into hot sterilized half-pint jars or freezer containers; adjust lids and tighten rings. Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely before storing in a cool dry place.
