Ingredients
- 3 ounces chicken
- Vegetable broth or water
- 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1/2 cup grapes
- 1/2 cup chopped granny smith apples
- 1 cup sliced red peppers
- 1 cup celery
- Nutmeg, to taste
- Cinnamon, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Curry powder, to taste
- Cumin, to taste
- Turmeric, to taste
Directions

Cook chicken in vegetable broth or water with a little bit of curry powder, cumin, and turmeric over medium heat until done.

Add into a big bowl with grapes, apples, celery, and red peppers. Add mayonnaise, yogurt, nutmeg, pepper, and cinnamon. Combine and eat.
