Ingredients
- 2 lb coarsely ground pork butt
- 3/4 lb finely ground beef
- 1-1/2 tsp coarse salt
- 1-1/2 tsp crushed peppercorns
- 1-1/2 tsp marjoram
- 1 Tb paprika
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
