Ingredients

  • 2 lb coarsely ground pork butt
  • 3/4 lb finely ground beef
  • 1-1/2 tsp coarse salt
  • 1-1/2 tsp crushed peppercorns
  • 1-1/2 tsp marjoram
  • 1 Tb paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. Mix together well and refrigerate overnight to let the flavors settle in before cooking.
