Ingredients
- 3 lb. gooseberries
- 3 lb. sugar
- 1 lb. seeded raisins
- 3 large oranges
- 2 cups broken nut meats
Directions
- Remove stems and wash gooseberries. Mix with the sugar, raisins and grated rind and juice of the oranges. Cook until thick, add nuts and seal in clean hot jars.
