Ingredients
- 4 lb. Concord grapes
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3 cups sugar
Directions
- Wash grapes and remove skins and seeds.

This can be done by pressing through a fruit press, and then straining out seeds, but keep pulp. Boil sugar and water together 5 minutes, add grape pulp and cook until thick and clear. Pour into hot jars and seal at once.
