Ingredients
- 3/4 tsp. ground allspice
- 3 sticks cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
- 3 lb. peaches, peeled and pureed
- 2 cups honey
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Directions
- Tie spices in a cheese cloth bag.
- Combine with remaining ingredients in a large saucepan. Mix until blended. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Remove spices. Pour jam into hot, sterilized jars. Seal.
