Honey-Peach Jam

Ingredients

  • 3/4 tsp. ground allspice
  • 3 sticks cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
  • 3 lb. peaches, peeled and pureed
  • 2 cups honey
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Directions

  1. Tie spices in a cheese cloth bag.
  2. Combine with remaining ingredients in a large saucepan. Mix until blended. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Remove spices. Pour jam into hot, sterilized jars. Seal.
  3. makes about 3 pints
