Ingredients
- 1 cup mint leaves (packed tightly)
- 1 cup apple juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup boiling water
Directions
- Pour boiling water over mint leaves and allow to steep one hour. Press the juice from the leaves and add 2 Tbsp. of this extract to apple juice and sugar. Boil rapidly to jelly stage. Tint with green vegetable coloring.
- For use with pork roast, as a garnish., to be used at once.
