Orange Jelly

Ingredients

  • 3 `/4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 bottle liquid fruit pectin
  • 1 can (6oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed, undiluted
  • 3 Tbsp. lime juice

Directions

  1. Put sugar and water into a large saucepan; mix well. Place over high heat and bring to a full rolling boil; boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  2. Immediately stir in liquid pectin. Add undiluted orange concentrate and lime juice; mix well. Skim off foam with a metal spoon. Ladle into sterilized glasses and seal with hot lids and rings.
