Ingredients
- 4 lb. prepared peaches
- 6 cups sugar
- 3 cups water
Directions
- Place peaches in wire basket or cheesecloth and immerse in boiling water until skins are loosened. Plunge into cold water and drain.
- Peel peaches;remove stones. Combine sugar and water and cook 10 minutes. Add peaches and cook until clear. Seal in clean hot jars.
