Ingredients
- 4 lb. pears (about 10 large), ground or finely chopped
- 6 to 8 lbs. sugar
- 1 (1 pint) can crushed pineapple
Directions
- In a saucepan, mix ground pears, sugar and pineapple and cook for about 20 minutes until thick. Pour hot mixture into sterilized pint jars and seal.
