Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups Florid tangerines, peeled and sectioned
Directions
- Boil sugar and water 5 minutes. Peel and section tangerines, beginning careful not to break membranes. Add to syrup and cook gently 45 minutes or until tender. Seal in sterile jars.
