Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. dried summer savory
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 cup grapefruit juice
- 3 14 cups sugar
- Green coloring
- 1/2 cup liquid pectin
Directions
- Combine savory and water, cover and let stand 15 minutes. Strain through fine cheesecloth. Add water to make 1/2 cup. Combine with grapefruit juice and sugar.
- Heat to full rolling boil and boil hard 12 minute. Remove from heat, skim and pour into clean hot glasses. Seal and process in hot water bath 10 minutes.
- Serve with meat or poultry.
