Ingredients
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 3/4 cups very hot water
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cup sherry wine
- 1/2 cup strained orange juice
- 1/4 cup strained lemon juice
- 9-10 drops red food coloring
Directions
- Soften gelatin on cold water. Add hot water and sugar. Stir until dissolved. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into oiled 1-quart mold. Chill until firm. Unmold; serve with whipped cream.
