Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen cranberries, thawed
- 3 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 pkg. (3oz.) strawberry flavored gelatin
Directions
- Clean cranberries thoroughly. Wash and drain. Place in a large bowl. Add sugar and water. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Place cranberries in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add gelatin. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Pour into hot sterilized jars. Seal. Cool and refrigerate until ready to use., or process in hot water bath 10 minutes. Check seals.

note: 5 cups fresh rhubarb cut into 1-inch pieces, may be substituted for cranberries, omitting water.
