Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 (1.59 oz.) pkg. freezer jam pectin
- 4 cups strawberries rinsed, hulled and patted dry, crushed
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine sugar and pectin, stirring until well blended. Add fruit

and stir constantly for 3 minutes.
- Transfer mixture to plastic or glass freezer jars, leaving about 1/2 inch head space. Apply lids and close tightly. Let stand at room temperature until thickened, about 30 minutes.
- Will keep refrigerated for up to 3 weeks or in the freezer for up to 1 year.
