Ingredients
- 3 cups strawberries (1 1/2 quarts)
- 3 kiwis, peeled, diced
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. minced crystallized ginger
- 1 pkg. fruit pectin
- 5 cups granulated sugar
Directions
- Prepare fruit jars, and keep in boiling water.
- In a 10-quart pot, combine strawberries, kiwis, lemon juice, ginger and fruit pectin. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove

- Ladle into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Wipe jar top clean and seal tightly, invert jars and let cool completely.
