Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked tomatoes
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 box Sure-Jell
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions
- Combine cooked tomatoes, lemon juice and sugar in a large pot and bring to a rolling boil. Add Sure-Jell and cook 1 minute. Stir in butter.
- Pour mixture into sterilized jars and seal following manufacturer’s directions.
