Tomato Marmalade

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 box Sure-Jell
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

  1. Combine cooked tomatoes, lemon juice and sugar in a large pot and bring to a rolling boil. Add Sure-Jell and cook 1 minute. Stir in butter.
  2. Pour mixture into sterilized jars and seal following manufacturer’s directions.
