Crock-Pot Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 5 lb. Boston butt
  • 1 small can tomato paste (ketchup or chili sauce can be substituted)
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Dry meat with paper towels and place in crockpot with onions on top.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over. Cook on low for 8-9 hours.
  3. Allow meat to sit about 10 minutes, then pull apart.
  4. Serve as is or on buns.
