Ingredients
- 3 to 4 cups carrots, diagonally sliced
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 whole cloves
- 3/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except sugar in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Stir in sugar; cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until carrots are tender.
