Ingredients
- 4 to 6 thick pork chops
- salt and pepper to taste
- fat for browning
- 2 cups whole cranberry sauce
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
- Salt and pepper chops to taste. Brown lightly in hot fat. Mix cranberry sauce with spices.
- Arrange browned chops in low baking dish and cover with cranberry sauce.
- Cover the pan tightly and bake at 325 degrees for one hour or until chops are very tender.
