Sausage Souffle

Ingredients
- 6-9 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 4 slices of bread, cubed
- 1 c grated cheddar cheese
- 1 lb bulk sausage
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1) Brown and drain sausage

2) Beat eggs.

3) Add milk, salt, and mustard. Beat 2 minutes

4) Add sausage, cheese and bread cubes. Put in 9×13 inch pan.
