Sausage Souffle

Ingredients

  • 6-9 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 slices of bread, cubed
  • 1 c grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb bulk sausage
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

  1. 1) Brown and drain sausage

  2. 2) Beat eggs.

  4. 3) Add milk, salt, and mustard. Beat 2 minutes

  5. 4) Add sausage, cheese and bread cubes. Put in 9×13 inch pan.

  6. 2) Beat eggs.

  7. 4) Refrigerate overnight.

  8. for 45 minutes – 1 hour @ 350.
