Broccoli Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 lb. sliced (1/4 inch thick) red potatoes
- 1 (10-12 oz.) can chicken breast, drained
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed broccoli cheese soup (or cheese soup)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
Directions
- Cook spiral pasta according to package directions; drain and return to pot.
- Heat canola oil in a skillet on medium.

Add sliced potatoes. Cover and cook 10 minutes; stir occasionally.
- Stir in canned chicken or 2 cups chopped chicken breast and broccoli florets; cook on medium 5 minutes or until hot.
- In medium bowl, mix together broccoli cheese, or cheese soup, milk and garlic powder; add to skillet.
- Sprinkle with parmesan. Heat to boil. Cover and cook on low 5 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve over cooked pasta.
