Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup mild-flavored molasses
- 3 Tbsp. blueberry brandy or orange juice
Directions
- In a large saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in 2 cups of blueberries, the orange juice, molasses, and brandy. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Stir in remaining blueberries and cook 2 minutes more. Cool slightly.
- To store, cover and chill for up to 2 weeks.
