Ingredients
- 2 cans (29 oz. each) sliced cling peaches, drained
- 1 1/2 cups diced green pepper
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped preserved ginger
- 1/2 cup seedless raisins
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a large kettle. Bring to boil and simmer uncovered 1 1/4 hours, ot until thick. Pour into 3 hot sterilized pint jars and seal. Process in water bath 5 minutes
