Ingredients
- 1 tbs butter
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 apple finely chopped
- 2-4 level tbs curry powder
- 1tbs plain flour
- 2 cups stock
- 1 tsp curry paste
- 1 tbs mango chutney
- 1 tbs brown sugar
- 1 jar of Tikki Masala(or other curries you may like)
- 6 chicken breasts
- potatoes
- carrots
- broccoli or any veg. you may like
Directions

Fry onion and apple

Add curry powder and flour and gradually stir in stock – bring to the boil

Add remaining ingredients and simmer

add jar of Tikki Masala

Add cooked chicken breasts, cut up

Add cut up potatoes, carrots and other veg.
