Stacy’s Guacamole

This is sooo much better than the one I used to make and is also in this book.
The other is good for large groups where you might need to “stretch” the amount.

Ingredients
- 3 large avocados peeled & pitted (or more)
- 1/2 small onion finely chopped
- 1/2 lime, juice
- 1/2 large jalapeno, seeded, very finely diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 Roma tomato diced
- garlic powder to taste
- garlic salt to taste
- salt to taste
Directions

Mash avocados with a potato masher. I like mine on the chunky side.

Add remainder of ingredients, taste and adjust seasonings for our personal preferences.

Chill. Serve with chips.
