Ingredients
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 1/2 cups cooked fresh corn cut from the cob
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup diced pimiento
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a Dutch oven; boil 2 minutes, stirring to dissolve sugar.
- Add remaining ingredients to sugar mixture, and boil 3 minutes. Cool. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container,
