Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh cranberries
- 2 oranges, peeled, seeded and sectioned
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a 3-quart casserole, mixing well. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave at high for 9 to 11 minutes or until berries burst and liquid is slightly thickened, stirring at 4-minute intervals.
- Ladle into hot sterilized jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace; cover at once with metal lids, and screw metal bands tight. Process in boiling-water bath 10 minutes.
