Ingredients
- 1 jar (14 oz.) cranberry-orange relish
- 1 cup chopped pitted prunes
- 1/2 lemon, chopped, skin and all
- 1/3 cup Cointreau or orange liqueur
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup slivered, blanched almonds
Directions
- Put 1 cup water and all ingredients, except almond, in saucepan, bring boil and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15- 20 minutes, or until thick.
- Stir in almonds ; cool, then refrigerate. Or pour into hot sterilized jars and seal; chill before serving.
