Cranberry Relish Mold

Ingredients
- 1 cup ground, uncooked cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 small orange, cut into small pieces
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- lettuce leaves, optional
Directions
- Combine cranberries, sugar and orange. Let sit 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Dissolve strawberry gelatin according to package directions and chill partially. Add celery, pecans and cranberry mixture.
- Pour into mold (individual molds may also be used) and chill until firm. Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
