Ingredients
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. whole celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. whole mustard seed
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 2 cans (12 oz. each) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. currants
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 jar or can (2oz.) pimientos, drained and chopped
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients, bring to aa boil and boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Pour into gift jars, cover and store in refrigerator.
