Ginger-Guava Chutney

Addition to a barbecue- use this spicy relish with grilled chicken, fish or pork.

Ingredients
- 2 tsp. margarine
- 5 guava, peeled and diced
- 1/3 cup green onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. gingerroot, grated
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
Directions
- Melt butter in a large skillet, then add guava, onion and gingerroot. Sauté for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Add chicken broth and salt and pepper to taste; bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Serve over 3 oz. grilled chicken per person.
