Ingredients
- 2 quart green tomatoes, quartered
- 2 cups onions, chopped
- 3/4 cup hot peppers, chopped
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Directions
- place tomatoes, onions and hot peppers in a large pan. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over tomatoes. Bring to boil. Remove from heat immediately and pit in sterile jars and seal.

if you don’t like it real hot, use less hot peppers and replace them with sweet peppers.
