Ingredients
- 2 large or 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise into 1/4" strips
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1.2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cumin

Preheat oven to 450

Soak potatoes for 10 min in cold water. Drain well and blot dry with
