Ingredients
- 4 cups ground onions
- 4 cups ground cabbage
- 4 cups ground green tomatoes
- 12 green peppers, chopped
- 6 sweet red peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup salt
- 6 cups sugar
Directions
- Grind vegetables using coarse blade. Sprinkle with salt; let stand overnight. Rinse and drain. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables. heat to boiling. Simmer 3 minutes. Seal in hot, sterilized jars.
