Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup jalapenos or habaneros, chopped
- 6 medium ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. dried crushed cilantro
- 2 green tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 small bell pepper
- 1 minced clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp.. balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blend jar, and blend until desired consistency.
- Fill clean canning jars to 1/4 inch of rim.

Wipe rim and threads with a clean, damp cloth. Cover with hot metal lids, and rings. Cold pack.
