Ingredients
- 4 quarts tomatoes
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 stalk celery or celery leaves
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Directions
- Cook all ingredients until tomatoes are tender, then rub it through a strainer. Boil the pulp until it is reduced to one half the original volume. Seal in hot clean jars.
