Ingredients
- 4 lbs. ripe tomatoes
- 1 lb. apples, chopped
- 3 onions, chopped fine
- 1 pint vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup seeded raisins
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsps. cayenne
Directions
- Chop tomatoes and add the apples and onions. Add the remaining ingredients and cook until the chutney is thick and clear, stirring occasionally. Seal in hot sterilized jars.
