Ingredients
- 1 quart green tomatoes- peeled and chopped fine
- 1 quart cabbage- chopped
- 1 quart green and red pepper--chopped
- 1 pint onions-- chopped
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 pint vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. allspice
Directions
- Measure vegetables after running through food chopper. mix and add salt. Pour boiling water over and let stand 30 minutes.
- Drain out all water. Add sugar, vinegar, cinnamon and allspice. Boil 15 minutes.
- Seal in hot jars.
