Ingredients
- 10 cups chopped squash (yellow and zucchini0
- 4 cups onion, chopped
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large jar diced pimento
- 1 large red bell pepper, chopped
- 5 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups white vinegar
- 5 cups sugar
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. Accent
Directions
- In a large bowl, or saucepot, place squash, onions, green and red bell pepper and pimento Stir to combine. Sprinkle salt over mixture and let stand 1 hour. Drain.
- Add remaining ingredients. Mix together well, bring to a boil and seal in jars.
