Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream, preferably natural and not ultra-pasteurized or processed
  • 2 Tbsp. cultured buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. Stir together cream, buttermilk and lemon juice.
