Black bean dip

Serves 8 people
Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 15oz can black beans, drained, liquid reserved
- 3/4 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (opt)
- Tortilla chips
Directions

Place garlic, lime juice and oil in food processor and pulse until garlic is chopped fine.

Add beans, cumin, coriander, cayenne, salt and pepper, and purée until smooth.

Add reserved bean liquid as necessary to reach desired consistency.

Transfer to serving bowl and stir in cilantro, if desired.

Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
