Ingredients
- 1 orange, cut into wedges; remove seeds
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges; remove seeds
- 5 lbs. cooking apples, peeled and cored
- 1 lb. raisins
- 4 cups brown sugar
- 3/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 2 tsp. ground cloves
Directions
- Assemble Food Grinder with coarse Disc. Place large pan under food grinder head. Grind orange, lemon, apples and raisins. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 40 minutes or until thickened. Ladle into hot 1/2 pint jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace; seal. Process in a boiling water bath 25 minutes.
