Ingredients
- 2 medium pineapples
- 1 1/2 cup mild honey
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 10 whole cloves
- 1 (3-inch) stick cinnamon
Directions
- Cut pineapples in 1/4 inch crosswise slices. Peel and remove eyes. Cut slices into quarters and remove cores. In a large saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, stirring. Add pineapple. Slowly heat to boiling. Simmer 30 minutes. Ladle into hot sterilized half pint jars. Seal.
