Tilapia with Savory Herb Butter

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
- 3 (4 to 6-oz.) tilapia filets
- 1/2 tsp. coarse salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Lemon wedges for garnish
Directions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, mix together butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and mustard until well blended. Place fish on a rimmed, foil lined baking pan. Sprinkle tilapia with salt and pepper; spread with herb butter mixture. Bake 10 minutes or until tilapia is opaque throughout. Garnish each plate with lemon wedges.
