- Minced shallots
- basil
- Pinch of thyme (leaf kind only) optional
- Butter and olive oil- half and half
- White pepper
- Lemon juice
- Gold chartruese
- Cream
- Large pan

add herbs and lemon juice

cook shrimp until half done

flame with chartruese

remove shrimp

reduce
-
add cream
-
cook until thickens

add back shrimp
