Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sea salt
- 3 Tbsp. white sugar
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp.. paprika
- 2 tsp. black pepper
Directions
- Put all ingredients into a container with a lid. Close lid and shake until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
- To use the rub, apply generously to meat. After meat rests for about 10 minutes, shake off remaining rub before cooking.
