Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. extra firm light silken tofu, drained
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender of food processor and puree until smooth. Chill until ready to serve.

Use in stroganoff, on baked potatoes or wherever sour cream is used.
